The apartment building coming up for sale consists of 7 residential units and a separate two-storey rear building. In the rear building there is a garage, three covered parking spaces and storage rooms for the apartments on the upper floor.

The building stands on a spacious plot of land and is bordered on the west by rising vineyards. As a result, parts of the property on the vineyard side are used as a garden. The building is divided into two building units, number 81 (2 residential units) and number 83 (5 residential units), each with a separate staircase.

The property was built in 1922 as a production building on the ground floor with an owner’s apartment on the upper floor.
